Safety & Privacy

How AEVYNTA earns your trust.

Honesty is not a feature—it is the foundation. Every safety and privacy design decision is made from that principle.

⚠ Medical disclaimer — please read

AEVYNTA provides general health information and evidence-informed guidance for educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes a medical diagnosis, prescription, clinical evaluation, or treatment recommendation.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical symptoms, conditions or concerns. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on anything you read or receive through AEVYNTA.

In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately (911 in Canada and the US).

Safety design

Safety is not an afterthought—it is designed into every response path AEVYNTA takes.

Evidence is always graded

Every insight AEVYNTA produces is graded: Strong, Moderate, Emerging, Limited, or Conflicting. You always know how much the research actually supports a claim—and when it does not.

Uncertainty is shown, not hidden

When the science is weak, mixed, or contested, AEVYNTA says so plainly. False confidence is more dangerous than honest uncertainty. AEVYNTA is designed around that principle.

Safety routing is always active

Every conversation is monitored for safety-relevant content. Responses involving emergencies, crisis situations, or safety concerns are routed through a dedicated safety path—every time, without exception.

Educational only—not diagnostic

AEVYNTA provides general health information and evidence-informed guidance. Nothing on the platform constitutes a medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or clinical evaluation.

Complements professional care

AEVYNTA is designed to help you arrive at your own healthcare professional better informed. It is not a replacement for clinical care, and will never suggest otherwise.

No commercial health incentives

AEVYNTA has no partnerships with supplement brands, pharmaceutical companies, or health product manufacturers. Evidence grades are never influenced by commercial relationships.

Your health data is among the most sensitive information you can share. AEVYNTA treats it accordingly.
