Understand your sleep patterns and recovery context.

Sleep is one of the most important and often underestimated components of health. The Sleep Quality Assessment explores your sleep duration, consistency, quality and the factors that affect your rest—connecting these patterns to your broader health picture and priorities.

What it measures

  • Sleep duration — average nightly hours and whether they are consistent
  • Sleep quality — how rested you feel and whether you wake through the night
  • Sleep consistency — whether your bedtime and wake time are regular
  • Factors affecting sleep — stress, noise, light exposure, substances, medications
  • How sleep connects to your energy, mood, and physical recovery

How it works

  1. You answer a series of questions about your typical sleep patterns—not last night, but your general experience
  2. AEVYNTA asks follow-up questions based on what you share
  3. Your sleep context is added to your health picture and connected to other relevant areas
  4. AEVYNTA may surface priorities or evidence-based context based on your patterns

What to expect

The sleep assessment takes approximately 8 minutes. There are no devices or wearables required—this is a conversational assessment based on what you share.

⚠ Important limitations

This assessment is not a sleep study or polysomnography. It cannot diagnose sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia disorder, or narcolepsy. If you have significant concerns about your sleep or daytime function, discuss them with a healthcare professional.

Evidence note

Sleep duration and quality are strongly associated with metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, cognitive function and immune regulation in large observational and experimental studies. The evidence for these associations is robust (Strong–Moderate grade). AEVYNTA uses your sleep context to inform related priorities—not to diagnose.
