The Living Health Model

Your health picture, built over time.

The Living Health Model is the core of AEVYNTA — a private, evolving representation of your health that grows more complete and more useful with every conversation.

What is the Living Health Model?

When you share information with AEVYNTA—your history, goals, lab results, conditions, medications, lifestyle context—that information is organized into a structured model of your health. We call this your Living Health Model.

It is "living" because it changes. As your health changes, as you add more context, as assessments are completed, the model deepens. AEVYNTA uses it to provide guidance that reflects your actual situation—not generic advice designed for everyone.

What it holds

Physical function

Movement, strength, balance and endurance — how your body performs daily tasks.

Sleep & recovery

Duration, quality, consistency and the factors that affect your rest.

Metabolic context

Nutrition, activity, weight context and metabolic markers you are aware of.

Hormonal health

Hormonal context including cycles, perimenopause, and relevant conditions.

Mental & cognitive wellbeing

Stress, mood, cognitive function and emotional health context.

Medications & supplements

What you take, why, and how it connects to your priorities.

Lab results & diagnostics

Results from your own healthcare providers, organized as context.

Health history

Conditions, surgeries, family history and events that shape your health context.

Goals & priorities

What you are working toward—weight, longevity, function, energy, or anything else.

You choose what to add. Nothing is mandatory. The model simply becomes more useful with more context.

How it gets more useful over time

AEVYNTA guidance is shaped by how much it knows about you. See how the depth of your health model affects the specificity of insights.

See how it grows

The more conversations, the more personal the guidance.

Example question

"Is magnesium worth taking?"

Magnesium has moderate evidence for supporting sleep in some adults. Deficiency is common. Worth discussing with your provider.

General — based on population data only.

Educational only — not a diagnosis.

How it is built

Conversation

AEVYNTA asks one question at a time, adapting based on what you share. You set the pace and depth.

Assessments

Structured assessments across physical function, sleep, metabolic health and women's health contribute directly to your model.

Health information you add

Lab results, diagnoses, medications, family history — anything you choose to share is organized and retained.
